This insanely beautiful piece was first created in Spring 1962, designed in collaboration with Roger Scemama. A sentimental symbol of the house, Yves' favorite model of the season would wear an evolving variation of the piece to close each Haute Couture runway show from its inception until his final runway show in 2002. Many models got to wear the piece twice!
